Returns & Exchanges

All Exiles items are made to order specifically for each customer.

Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size ordered
  • Buyer's remorse
  • Preference changes
  • Ordering the wrong item
  • Shipping delays outside our control

Please review all size charts carefully before purchasing.

Damaged / Misprinted / Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@exilesapparel.com

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the issue
  • Brief description

If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund.

Lost Packages

If tracking shows delivered but the package is missing, please contact the carrier first. If your order is lost in transit, contact us and we'll help resolve it.

Return Address

Do not send returns without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
